Supporting you to understand your past, strengthen your present and work towards the future you want.

My Approach

I work as a Solution-Focused Integrative Counsellor, which means I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

Being integrative means I draw on a range of evidence-based counselling approaches, selecting the techniques and therapeutic methods that best support you and your goals. Together, we'll explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a way that feels safe, supportive, and meaningful.

My work is also Solution-Focused, which means that while we acknowledge and understand the challenges you're facing, we also spend time identifying your strengths, building on what's already working, and helping you move towards the future you want. Therapy isn't about rushing past difficult experiences; it's about helping you find practical ways to create healthy, helpful change at a pace that feels right for you.

As a BACP-registered counsellor with specialist training in Trauma-Informed practice, I understand that past experiences can shape how we think, feel, and relate to others. I work with compassion and curiosity, creating a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout your therapeutic journey.

Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, or the effects of trauma, we will work together to help you gain greater understanding, develop resilience, and move towards lasting change.

Depending what you are bringing into therapy, I may use approaches such as:

Solution Focused Therapy
